  Oredered tickets online, the confirmation came in very fast, which to me is a plus! One thing that would make it even better is that if you offered a preview of the view from the seats... especially those with a "restricted view"...but other than that all went great!

  It’s all very easy. Shows are easy to find and easy to book. Nothing to complain about. One suggestion would be to add a picture of the inside of the theatre though people can actually see what the seat they book looks like.

  I required support as I had miss read a date of another event. The box office were very happy to provide support to change the tickets for me

• Not informed that stand ins were performing, not the main cast!

  Ordering the tickets was easy, however the whole point of coming to see ***** Boots was for my wife & daughter to see Johannes Radebe as they are big strictly fans - however when we got here we found that Johannes is not performing tonight, but a stand in. We were not informed of this when we booked and had we been informed we’d have booked a different performance. Extremely disappointed!

• Be careful online. Some shows are difficult to book correctly.

  Very good, but when changes are made due to a mistake, we are not refunded, just given a coupon we can't use. It throws one's budget out the window.
