  It was exactly as we would have hoped it would be. We were able to properly view and then purchase our tickets. They were delivered promptly to our phone and we had no difficulty when we arrived at the theatre.

  The website is user friendly. I could easily find reduced price tickets and view seating options in the theatre. It was straightforward to buy the ticket online and received email confirmation with clear instructions immediately. At the theatre, I was able to get my paper ticket without waiting in a queue.

  I do all my theatre bookings on line and it one of the most easiest to do. Once booked and paid for I get my theatre tickets straight away which are E- tickets only thing is you can’t book no more than 9 tickets at a time and have to go through the ticket office but I prefer to do mine on line so I just I could book more than 9 tickets on line or do a group ticket option as at times I need 10 plus tickets sometimes.

  Arrived at theatre with ‘e-ticket’ and was refused entry. Had to go to box office for ticket to be printed. Box office staff said it is a frequent issue.

• Have reserved and paid for two seats for October 8th 7:30 performance of “like water for chocolate”. We would upgrade tickets but there was nothing available except upper balcony stalls. Will we need to bring binoculars?
